What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date your device was delivered (based on the tracking number).

To be able to be returned:

✔ The device must be in its original condition.
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Important :
✔ Buyer pays shipping costs for standard returns.

✔ Initial shipping fees and transaction fees (PayPal/Shopify
2.9%-4%) are not refundable.

✔ A 30% restocking fee applies to new items that have been opened.

✔ For returns where the product is neither defective nor damaged (e.g. change of mind), a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

✔ Items returned damaged, altered, or missing components may be refused.

What happens if the device is defective?

If your device is defective through no fault of your own:

✔ Cover return costs in both directions

✔ Full refund, provided the device is still in its original condition (not damaged, modified or altered).

✔ Please contact us before returning any defective item so that we can approve and assist you with the return process.

Can I exchange my device for another model or color?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you want another device or another color:

Return the original item.
Place a new order for the device you want.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it.

You will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable transaction fee (PayPal/Shopify ~2.9%-4%).

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Yes, in certain cases:

✔ 30% restocking fee for new items returned opened

✔ Frequent or excessive returns/cancellations may be subject to an additional restocking fee to cover administrative costs (we will notify you in advance).

How long is the warranty?

All devices come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.


This warranty only covers manufacturing defects not caused by the user. It does not cover damage resulting from physical shock, exposure to water, or any other misuse.
