We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Original shipping fees and transaction fees (PayPal/Shopify 2.9%–4%) are non-refundable.
A 30% restocking fee applies to new items that have been opened.
For returns where the product is not defective or damaged (e.g., change of mind), a 20% restocking fee will apply. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items returned damaged, altered, or missing components may be refused.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
